Tonight... and Tomorrow

The boys in Long Walk Home and The Quelle Source will once again don the hats, clothing and catalogues of two great rock bands for their 4th annual Halloween extravaganza this October 30th.

This year the always-entertaining, can't-miss event will take place at the fantastic Blockley Pourhouse in Philadelphia (University City), with an added bonus of NO COVER CHARGE.

A little history for the uninformed:
- In 2006, Long Walk Home jumpstarted the annual tradition by playing as the best band of all time, dressing in sharp suits as The Beatles at the as-yet-only Halloween show to take place in a kitchen.

- 2007 saw The Quelle Source adopting Led Zeppelin's sexy swagger and tight, tight clothing while Long Walk Home wore the eye liner of The Rolling Stones at the late, great Grape St. Pub, that also found each band playing solo sets and ending in a as-yet-unmatched superjam.

- 2008 found Long Walk Home growing myriad beards as The Band, while The Quelle Source donned the attire and calatogue of the ever-great Wilco at the always-narrow Doc Watson's.

2009 will, of course, be another year to remember with an interesting juxtaposition of bands. Long Walk Home will be helming a set as the outstanding Talking Heads, while The Quelle Source will once again be playing it current this year as perennial live favorites My Morning Jacket.

More info incoming, but mark your calendars now for the best night of the year that isn't Christmas!
