Photobucket

It's okay Stewie... I have some things to get done! Busy work week since I'm heading "Home for the Holidays" I'm on a bit of a Holiday Hiatus so to speak. In the mean time, everyone make sure you enjoy yourselves, be safe, eat alot, and above all Support Indie!

Also, be on the lookout! ME/BIMMG/Universal "The Commonwealth" Compilation to hit the streets in 2010! It's a new decade folks and we call the next ten! It hasn't been confirmed as to how many songs there are going to be, or who's all on it, but this is still the biggest release to date! Do expect Monster Entertainment artists to bless it along with some surprised guests... bwahahahaha suspense right before the new year! Anyways, I'm off, Happy Holidays!

Ha Too Funny

Don't worry this isn't real, it's just decoration... but very funny none the less!

2-0 in bowl games!

Well I just pinched myself for the 33rd time and yep... the Browns did just beat the Steelers in Cleveland last night. And, not only did the Browns beat the Steelers during the worst season that I can remember them EVER having, they beat them after a Steelers Superbowl year! Oh wait, there's more! They've also knocked the defending "champs" out of the playoffs? Sweet Jesus this is like the best Christmas present ever! Seeing that grin on Hines Ward's face replaced with red watery eyes now has exceeded the feeling that I had back in '89 when I unwrapped that electric race track with the loops!!! So many columnist and radio hosts are trying to tear this down, but you know what, I can't hear them right now. This is our week dammit! This is our rivalry! This was our Superbowl!

2-0 in bowl games this year is how I look at it. First we win the Ugly bowl and now the Superbowl. As far as I'm concerned this season has been redeemed! Those columnist/hosts, who I will not name by the way, don't know what it's like to be a Browns fan. They have no clue what it's like to wait almost 10 years for a home win in a heated rivalry. Maybe they don't understand the passion the people of NE Ohio have for their sports teams. We're full of pride, and we are some of the best, if not THE best fans in the world! For those annoyed I say "Hear us bark loudly and get over it!" For those celebrating, I say that this is something to finally build off of. This is something that we can now refer to for this new regime.

I've never witnessed a game in my life that has saved so many jobs. I know we don't know for sure, but could this have been the game that saved the football careers of Eric Mangini, Rob Ryan, Brian Dabol, Brady Quinn and Randy Lerner? I'm sure that there are actually more names to name but those are at the forefront of my mind. What a huge win for those guys! What a huge game for Joshua Cribbs who has been playing his heart out for a new contract! Ahhh soak it up soak it up! Break out the Browns gear! Turn up the Black Eyed Peas! And, for those Steeler's fans screaming "You guys are just 2-11 get over yourselves!" Does it really matter?! Last time I checked, we will both be home watching the playoffs this year!

Rebirth

Check It Out!

Would have loved to hear it... Maybe in the future?

Via Pitchfork.com

"We were on board to do this track for Jay-Z's last album. We talked to Jay-Z on the phone, and he was telling us that he wanted us to do whatever we wanted. We came up with a beat and a chorus, and it ended up that they didn't use it. Maybe we can do something in the future." -- MGMT's Andrew VanWyngarden

I'm feeling the collaboration ideas originating from the Jigga Man's brain. I would go out on a limb and say that it had nothing to do with the track they sent but everything to do with tha fact that it's hard land a spot on Blueprint. An overflow of hits is always a good thing right?

Numba 1

From Billboard.com News:
YouTube sensation and former "Britain's Got Talent" contestant Susan Boyle's debut album "I Dreamed a Dream" opens at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 albums chart with 701,000 copies sold in its first week according to Nielsen SoundScan -- the best sales week for an album in the U.S. this year.

2009's previous high-water mark came when Eminem's "Relapse" sold 608,000 in its opening week. In fact, Boyle's sales frame is the best the chart has seen since AC/DC's "Black Ice" bowed with 784,000 upon its release in October 2008.

We'll Take 'Em

I've never really been all that fast at putting puzzles together but damn this one sure makes sense to me. Why not? It's not like Brian Daboll is doing a stellar job. I say oust Daboll and bring in the guy that truly believe in Quinn. He is a proven coordinator, and has been to the big dance before.

More on this...

Charlie Weis: Cleveland Browns' New Offensive Coordinator?
by Erin McLaughlin Senior Analyst (Bleacher Report)

When Brady Quinn met with media on Wednesday, the highlight wasn't him talking about his breakout performance on Sunday. It also wasn't about how he is preparing for the Cincinnati Bengals. Instead he spent a lot of the time defending his college coach, Charlie Weis. (http://bleacherreport.com/articles/297162-cleveland-browns-should-hire-charlie-weis-as-offensive-coordinator)

There is the old saying that one man's trash is another man's treasure. That clearly looks like the case with Notre Dame, Cleveland Browns, and Charlie Weis. For that reason, the Browns should be talking with Weis the minute Notre Dame fires him.

The minute's here... go and get 'em!
